Vanlalruata Ralte is an entrepreneur and proprietor of The Book Café Aizawl, established in July 2019 to revive reading culture and create a vibrant space for writers and readers. He is also a channel partner for AdmissionIndia, an educational consultancy. Under his leadership, The Book Café has hosted over 50 events, including poetry readings, book launches, author conversations, musical sessions, and career guidance workshops. Vanlalruata chaired the first Mizoram Literature Festival (LEI) in October 2024, hosted the Mizoram Sports Conclave in June 2024, and frequently speaks at colleges and schools on entrepreneurship. A graduate of MZU’s Economics department, he is committed to fostering literacy, culture, and community.
