Aditi Rao is a writer, teacher and potter. She has published two full-length collections of poetry: The Fingers Remember (Yoda Press, 2014) and A Kind of Freedom Song (Yoda Press, 2019). Her work has won several awards and fellowships, including The Hedgebrook Residency, the Akademie Schloss Solitude Fellowship, the Sangam House Residency, the Srinivas Rayaprol Prize for Poetry, the Toto Funds the Arts Creative Writing Award and the Muse India Young Writer Award. Aditi currently lives between New Delhi and Himachal Pradesh, where she runs Nomad Eco-Retreat, a campsite and sustainable homestay within an apple orchard.
